COVID-19 POLICIES
*If you or your child is sick, please do not enter the gaming theater.
*If the guest of honor is sick, please contact us as soon as possible to begin the scheduling process.
*You will not be allowed inside the gaming theater if you are sick. *At this time, masks are required for everyone.
*All Lion's Den staff will wear masks at all times.
*Hand sanitizer will be provided upon entering the game theater.
*When a player wishes to switch games, we will sanitize the new controller before the next player uses it.
*Please keep the party attendees to a 10-12 persons maximum at all times.
DRINK/FOOD:
*Food and drinks are not allowed into the video gaming theater.
SUPERVISION CHILDREN:
*The Lion’s Den Mobile Gaming theater requires a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or outside of the theater at all times.
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT:
Deposits are non-refundable. Paying the deposit will secure your event's time and date. Policy requires the balance to be paid on the day of your event upon arrival. The balance must be paid prior to the opening of the theater.
LION’S DEN THEATER:
We ask that you allow at least 50ft of flat space on concrete for parking and maneuvering the truck and trailer. We will try to park in the most level & flat area to accommodate your party. We will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to property, persons or equipment.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposits are non-refundable. If you must cancel your event, please notify us 48 hours in advance or you forfeit your deposit. You will have 6 months to reschedule and apply your deposit to another event. We will do everything we can to reschedule your event in a timely manner.
BAD WEATHER:
In the event of severe weather (thunderstorms, snow, hail or sleet) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance of server weather, please contact us to begin the rescheduling process.
